What we do
Project information in India is scattered across hundreds of sources. By the time most companies hear about a project, the opportunity is often well advanced.
We monitor those sources, verify what we find and structure it into a single database of upcoming projects, promoters and decision makers. We then deliver that intelligence in the form each customer needs: a weekly report, a sector or state report, full online access, a vendor directory or custom research.
Our mission is to help businesses move from fragmented information to decision clarity, with earlier visibility into emerging investments and the opportunities they create.

Learning the craft
Jayaprakash Sampath joins Domex Business Information, the Mumbai-based publisher of the New Projects Information Report, a widely used capex publication for EPC and industrial companies. Starting as a trainee researcher, he tracks capital expenditure programmes through company visits across India, rises to Assistant Manager, Research, and leads the move from manual to computerised research.

A digital-first research firm
He co-founds Enpejay Research Information Services to deliver structured capex project intelligence online. Over eighteen years it builds a database of live projects, launches data products and analytical reports for sales teams, and serves more than 500 organisations in India and overseas.

New Projects Tracker
He founds New Projects Tracker, a dedicated online platform for discovering new projects, built on in-house technology with its own research systems, CRM and subscription management.

Kariyamangalam Technologies Pvt Ltd is incorporated, with Jayaprakash Sampath as Managing Director.

Jayaprakash Sampath
Founder and Managing Director
A capex intelligence specialist with more than thirty years of experience tracking industrial investment in India, across manufacturing, process, energy and infrastructure. His work has always come back to one question: where are new projects emerging, and what do they signal for businesses trying to grow?
He has built three research businesses around that question. He designed New Projects Tracker from the ground up, from the research methodology and database to the platform itself, and built strong information networks with business media, industry ministries and state investment promotion agencies. He still oversees the research and product decisions today.
